Procedure for purchasing

Customers, you can search hotels by various ways such as filtering by the city where you want to go, the vicinity of sightseeing spots which you've watched on TV or magazines, etc. on Hoterea website.

Customers, you can find the lowest price and hotel rank of each hotel in the search results list. The hotels can be listed in order according to your purpose such as populality, low price, etc..
We will introduce pictures of the hotel and various plans on each detail page, please choose your preferred hotel plan.

Customers, please click “To book easily” button on the detail page, you can see the screen for inputting user data. Please check your requested room's information again and input the data for booking. You can book easily by signing in by your e-mail address and password if you had booked in Hoterea before.

※Cancelation policies are different depending on hotel plans and booking timing. Please check them before your booking.

Booking will have been completed when you input your credit card's data and click the button ''Complete booking ''.

※In the case of congested network, the designated hotel may become full and the booking may not be completed. In that case, payment will not be settled.

Customers, after booking completed, we send your login password for your My Account to your registered email address. Please print out the Voucher from your My Account and bring and pass it to the hotel staff when you check in at the hotel.

※The voucher is an important document that proves your reservation and payment for the accommodation. Customers, please make sure to bring it when you check in at the hotel. If you don't bring it, you may be not able to stay there or may be charged on the spot.
